THE BRIEF: 

Project manage, plan and deliver a three-day pop-up event, opening the UK’s first Gin Bakery for Fentimans in September 2018.

Amplify the reach of the campaign through high-quality photo and video content, influencer posting and a PR campaign.

OUTPUT:

Quirky Group helped plan, deliver and manage the activation.

We got in touch with 25 bakeries to find the perfect one for the pop-up, selecting Pearl & Groove in London’s iconic Portobello Road.

We sourced beautiful props and briefed suppliers to make sure we created beautiful branding.

We delivered the three-day event, running a bar serving six Instagram-worthy cocktails, and supporting an influencer campaign throughout the weekend.

Provided professional photography and videography with quick turnaround.

RESULTS:

A hugely successful campaign in real life, online and in the press.

The primary objectives of the brief were achieved, including selecting the right venue to fit the campaign vision, dressing it in an appealing way for press and online influencers, receiving widespread press coverage in the lead-up to, and during the event.

This was achieved on brand, on budget and within very tight timescales, with just over five weeks between receiving the initial brief and the first event day.

Professional photography and video content created for the campaign to be used on Fentimans’ digital and social channels and in the press.
