The London Essence Co.'s Rhubarb and Cardamom Crafted Soda

Another simple botanical favourite, this soda is part of an all-natural range of craft drinks and mixers. As the company summarises, the soda combines the earthy tartness of rhubarb and a soft sweetness with subtle aromatic notes from their signature cardamom distillate.

If you're not sure about how you feel about Cardamom in drinks, don't let that put you off. We fell in love as soon as we tasted it.

Best served over ice and with a slice of lemon.
